1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

Philippians 4:6-7

As children of God we can communicate with our Heavenly Father through the power of prayer. When we pray and give thanks, in any circumstance of our lives we enter into communion with our Father and give Him all our worries and He with His divine power and infinite love will help us to transform them and relieve our burdens; that is why as the verse points out we should not worry about anything because Jesus, Our Lord is with us and only He has the power to change them and give us the best in every moment.

Under different circumstances of life, in good times and bad, God our Lord takes care of us and it is through this assurance that we find in our hearts the faith and confidence that He always protects us. When we pray and believe in God's power and thank Him and not just submerge ourselves in our problems or in ourselves alone, our vision and thoughts change and His peace helps us to see circumstances in a different way and with a divine perspective.

"Devote yourselves to prayer: persevere in it with thanksgiving."

Colossians 4:2

2 Corinthians 9:11

God asks us to be generous with our brothers and sisters and he assures us that we will never lack if we give with joy and enthusiasm. Whatever we do and offer to our neighbor we must do it with a generous and kind heart, where our help allows the word and work of the Lord to reach and be known. "Let the word of Christ dwell in you in all its richness: instruct and counsel one another with all wisdom; sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God, with thankfulness of heart."

Colossians 3:16

For Christians who have been baptized, we are all brothers and sisters in Christ and through Him we form a community or Church where we should care for one another. It is very important that we recognize in each other our brother and that with the love and mercy that God has taught us, we share joys and sorrows, abundance and scarcity.
